Ultra-low / free NH3 is a novel range of unvulcanised and prevulcanised NR latex products developed for use in applications where odour or environmental concerns associated with the volatility of ammonia is of serious concern. Examples of applications for these products include specialty temporary protective coatings, restoration coatings, adhesives, mould-making, body paints, special effects make-up and theatrical foam.
Prevulcanised grades have exceptional tensile strength, water resistance and elasticity and easy peelabilty due to their adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Unvulcanised grades can be used as base for foam and moulded latex products for theatrical applications.
